Caleb Gauge, is a one of the most active and trusted names in the independent creative scene and an established jedi in artists-brand relations. With a preternatural understanding of demographic trending matched by a flair for art direction, Gauge’s ability to create indelible impressions through entertainment lead him to the top of the Atlanta social scene, before relocating to Miami in 2009 and merging leadership with Overthrow founders: Alexis Mincolla and Sam Baum. Together the three arcane brand wizards opened a studio / event space in an actual castle located in Miami’s Wynwood art district, to run there multidisciplinary army of disparate creatives. Caleb flexes his design craft as the executive Art & Media Director for Overthrow’s ongoing conquest of the moon.
In 2006, Caleb Gauge, founded Sloppy Seconds, the world renowned monthly dance riot, spawning his reputation by changing the face of Atlanta’s underworld, Each installment introduces such acts as Steve Aoki, Cool Kids, Kid Sister, Flosstradamus, Steed Lord, and Proxy, and the list goes on. Now in its 4th year, Sloppy Seconds remains a breeding ground for the nefarious.
Along with being the founder of Sloppy Seconds, he has creative & art directed Atlanta’s top nightlife venues from mega clubs such as Opera to his current position at cult hipster hideout MJQ Concourse. He has also developed and managed artists such as DJ Klever and current upcoming phenom Daniel Disaster (aka Hereos+Villains) to international status.
